We took a quick trip down to the beach for the sunset tonight. Toes in the sand, finally. The last time my toes were in the sand was over a month ago, on September 27th, the day of the great stingray sting. Just when we thought I could venture back to the sand, my wife ended up in the hospital having emergency belly surgery. We are slowly getting her out of the house here and there, and tonight's journey was the beach. We love this place.
