Laumeier Three Lens

This is a pretty special group of photos to me. I have a little plastic three lens camera (that looks like a robot). We went for quick "goodbye" walk at Laumeier on a chilly, winter day right before we moved out of town. I loaded up a cheap roll of film, and decided to burn through the whole roll on this walk. I show up in a couple of the photos that Kim snuck into the roll. Eight months later, that cheap roll of film got developed and I honestly had no idea what was even on it. A fun surprise to me, these are quite possibly my favorite set of Laumeier photos ever.

Move to California on Film

Flashback to our move to California. The film that came along on the journey finally got developed. I enjoyed seeing these photos in August and remembering the fun we had on our looong drive from St. Louis to California way back in February. I hope you enjoy, too. :)

Plastic Camera Waves

Now it's time for some plastic camera fun at the beach! These are photos from our first few days in California. A big storm out at sea made for a foamy ocean in Huntington. The was the first and the last "weather" we've seen since we got here (other than a couple of drizzles of rain). The sun came out and it has, for the most part, stayed out. :)

The Bean

One of my very favorite places... the Bean. We took a quick little escape to Chicago a couple of weeks ago - Ikea, Millennium Park, a cold (frigid) walk down Michigan Avenue... a good time.
