Vegas Baby!

Ah, Vegas. The land of so many sights and sounds and weird things. We walked and we walked. We stayed up super late. We played the slots. We lost our money. We watched the fancy dancing fountain. And my wife  l o v e d  the Strip. I think we'll be going back again.

I found Chris Pronger on a shelf full of bobble heads. My very favorite hockey player, no longer a Blue, but in his Blue 44 in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip. Happy moment. :)

Red Rock Canyon

A few weeks ago, before life got super busy, we headed east to Las Vegas for a little trip. On the way, we stopped to spend an afternoon at Red Rock Canyon. This place is truly gorgeous. There are layers and layers of colors and textures. It was a great day and a beautiful place to visit!

My lens is wide, so the people are small... but look closely and you'll see Kim and her little sister. :)

I was laying under a big rock, looking up through a big crack, while Kim looked down... and I love this photo. :)
