Mr. Yashi, my new Yashica, finally arrived on Saturday. I missed the delivery on Friday and was so anxious for his arrival on Saturday that I had trouble sleeping. Ridiculous, I know, but I have been shopping for this camera for almost a year. My aunt discovered hers in a box recently, after moving, and let me play around with it. That's all it took, I knew I had to have one. And what do you know, I found one - in beautiful condition and well within my budget limit.
I loaded him up with some HP5 to test him out and went for a walk with my aunt. Here are the test images. I'm pretty pleased and have a feeling he'll be with me for a long while. :)
